Jessica Green, Esq


With over 15 years of legal experience and 12 as a licensed attorney, Jessica Green is currently a Pro Tem Judge for the Las Vegas Municipal Court in the Las Vegas Justice Court. Prior to founding The Higher HR, Jessica represented clients directly and through insurance carriers in the areas of professional liability and employment law. Jessica is admitted to the State Bar of Nevada, the United States District Court, District of Nevada, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Jessica’s clients included companies of all sizes ranging from startups to large employers, and has defended employers in both state and federal courts as well as before nearly all state and federal administrative agencies including the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Nevada Equal Rights Commission, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Department of Labor (DOL), the Office of Nevada Labor Commissioner, and the Nevada Department of Employment Training, and Rehabilitation, among others.

Jessica has represented companies against a wide range of claims to include wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour violations. Jessica has also advised and counseled employers on various workplace issues such as employee discipline and termination, drug testing, the prevention and handling of discrimination and harassment, wage and hour compliance, workplace investigations, and legal compliance

Jessica graduated with honors with a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts of History from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, earned a Juris Doctor from William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and has been published in numerous law publications. Jessica was also honored by MYVEGAS as one of Las Vegas’ 2022 Top 100 Women of Influence.
